It's regarding a product i purchased from you -
48 x Vita Coco / Coconut with Pineapple 330 ml
I purchased these in packs of 12 from Amazon, to give out to a local children s home. ( Which i do every year with your products )
I kept them refrigerated for three days, before handing them out i had opened one up to taste it. I noticed that it has a lumpy texture and tasted absolutely horrendous. Now the weird part is that almost all of them were like this. I poured most of them out and you could see little grains in them.
I contacted Amazon about this and they had told me that they could do nothing since it's a manufacture defect, so i throw them all away. Now i get an email three days later saying they can replace them now, but they need them back ! I this point i tell them i've thrown them away because i was told nothing can be done, they then tell me they need them back for a replacement/refund.
I honestly don't know what to do, i tried explaining the purpose of me buying these product for children, but then they close my Amazon account. I honestly feel scammed and i'm hoping you can maybe do something about this for me.
